How much does it cost to design my own custom Pilates Yoga Mat?

There is actually no additional cost to design your own mat if we receive *pre-formatted and ready to submit artwork. If we need to make adjustments such as collage art, or change fonts, colours, designs etc., a fee may be charged. Up to three revisions are included in the price. Email us for a quote.

How do I know what my custom Pilates Yoga Mat will look like?

While there are programs that can upload images and provide visuals of the final mat, due to pixelation and differences in computer monitors, we have found them to be less user friendly and not even able to accurately convey what the final mat will look like. Our current artwork submission process (above) allows us to personally assess the feasibility of any artwork we reproduce for you. If for any reason your artwork is not feasible, we are happy to allow you to modify your artwork prior to production, or if your artwork cannot be modified, we will refund your purchase price. We want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your artwork.

What colours can I include in my custom Pilates Yoga Mat?

We have the ability to reproduce almost any colour in your artwork. However, certain colours will not convert accurately, such as metallic colours. In addition, large areas of black or dark colours will show wear more quickly.

What content can be included in a custom Pilates Yoga Mat?

Any images submitted will be approved for content and cannot contain copyrighted or trademarked material that does not belong to the person or entity submitting the image. Please also note that when reproduced the actual artwork may vary slightly in size, border width or ink colour.

If you do not have your own custom Pilates Yoga Mat, our design team will be happy to assist you. However, there is an additional charge for design assistance.

How long will it take to receive my custom Pilates Yoga Mat?

Usually an idea, image or illustration will be submitted to our design team and an initial design will be created. At that time, a proof sent via email will include up to three revisions in the estimate. Production begins after we receive your approval of the final proof, after which the choice of shipping method will determine the exact delivery date. a 10% rush fee is available for orders that require it earlier.
