The process of making a single layer yoga mat

Batching: The ingredients are selected according to the recipe and mixed into a latex mixture.

Setting up the machine: the boiler preheats the machine, sets and adjusts the parameters for each zone and puts the relevant materials and mesh in place.

Brushing: The mesh is placed firmly on the needle path, flattened and then brushed.

High temperature foaming: The brushed mesh fabric is drawn through the needle plate into the high temperature foaming forming chamber.

Cooling: The foamed product is drawn out of the chamber for heat dissipation and then cooled and shaped.

Cutting: The distance of the knife holder at the end of the machine is adjusted to cut the product according to customer requirements.

Slicing: The product continues to be sliced to the required thickness.

Embossing / Texturing : Making the anti-slip stripes.

Sizing : Cutting the product to the size required by the customer.

Graphic Printing: Using laser marking or UV printing, the pattern is printed onto the yoga mat.

Logo Marking : Use laser marking or screen printing to print the customer's logo on the yoga mat.

Quality inspection: 100% inspection of each yoga mat, defective rework or scrap, any defective mat purchased by the customer is unacceptable.

Packaging: Qualified products are packed into the warehouse.

The manufacturing process of multi-layer yoga mats

Batching: Raw materials are selected according to the recipe and mixed into latex mixture.

Conditioning: The boiler preheats the machine, sets and adjusts the parameters of each zone, and puts the relevant materials and netting in place.

Brushing: The mesh is placed firmly on the needle path, flattened and then brushed.

High temperature foaming: The brushed mesh fabric is drawn through the needle plate into the high temperature foaming forming chamber.

Cooling: The foamed product is drawn out of the chamber to dissipate heat and then cooled and shaped.

Cutting the corners: The distance of the knife holder at the end of the machine is adjusted to cut the product according to customer requirements.

Slicing: The product is continued to be cut to the required thickness.

Multi-layer hot pressing: multiple layers of semi-finished products are neatly stacked in sequence and pressed into a single unit by means of a hot press.
